Spring on my calendar is March 20th and it couldn’t come a minute too soon. I love spring! I love seeing green grass and all the beautiful flowers. It’s time to do some spring clean up. I like to go through the whole house and check for maintenance issues. Here is a short list of items you might want to check out doors after a long winter. Check your gutters, make sure they are clean, sealed and properly attached. Look for drainage issues around the foundation. Check the siding, does it need paint, does it need to be sealed?
