Are you planning on taking a little road trip for spring break? Perhaps getting out of Oklahoma and going some place warmer? Before you head out here’s a few things to check on your auto to make it a safer, less stressful trip.
- Change the oil and oil filter
- Change the air filter
- Check the brakes and the brake fluid
- Check the transmission fluid, steering fluid and anti freeze
- Check the tire pressure, make sure you have a spare tire
- Check the battery and cables
- Inspect the hoses and belts for leaks or cracks
- Check the head lights, turn lights and brake lights
- Have your auto insurance policy card and registration with you
