With the warmer weather it’s time to get out on the road with your motorcycle. Here’s a few safety tips to keep in mind.
- Wear a full face helmet to protect your head and eyes
- Wear heavy leather pants, jackets and gloves
- Make your self as visible as possible, a lot of accidents occur because automobile drivers didn’t see a motorcycle. Make sure you are positioning yourself where you can be seen. Avoid riding in someone’s blind spot.
- Keep your head lamps on even during the day
- Never ride when you are impaired
- Ride within your skill limits
- Take a safe riding course
